Refund Policy

Hostnexa Refund Policy

At Hostnexa, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact our support team. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed and you remain unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund. The issue must be related to our service and the refund request should be submitted within 5 days of the purchase.

Account Cancellation

To cancel your account, please submit a request from the registered email address of the account holder. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction, and are typically completed within 7 working days.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not available for:

• Domain names (.COM, .NET, .ORG, and others)
• Domain Transfer fees
• Software licenses and other non-refundable services

Please note that any credit on your account cannot be refunded and must be used for future purchases or renewals.

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Domain or service renewal payments such as VPS or Dedicated servers under any circumstances
