Hostnexa Refund Policy
At Hostnexa, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. This refund policy applies unconditionally, with no restrictions or exceptions, in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Protection Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Request Process
To submit a refund request, please contact our support team at support@hostnexa.com using the email address associated with your order. Please include your order details so we can process your request efficiently.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction and are typically completed within 7 working days after approval.
Account Cancellation
To cancel your account, please submit a request from the registered email address of the account holder. We do not accept cancellation requests via phone or live chat. Once cancellation is completed, access to services will be removed.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Certain purchases are billed and managed by Paddle, our secure payment and merchant platform. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, invoicing, and refund processing for qualifying transactions. Refunds for these purchases are issued in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Protection policies.
