1. User Agreement

All users of Hostnexa's services are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement. This is a legal contract between Hostnexa LLC and the user, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

2. Terms & Policies

  • Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy are available and easy to locate on our website.

  • These policies are provided on clearly labeled pages to ensure transparency and compliance.


3. Pricing Transparency

All pricing is clearly displayed on our website and includes:

  • List of features per plan

  • Deliverables upon purchase (e.g., disk space, bandwidth, number of websites, etc.)

  • Information about whether services are one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions


4. Compliance with Acceptable Use Policy

All products and services sold by Hostnexa LLC comply with Paddle’s Acceptable Use Policy and do not fall under prohibited categories.


5. Respect and Abuse of Staff

Hostnexa maintains professional standards and expects users to do the same. Abuse or disrespect towards staff may result in account suspension or immediate service termination.


6. Prohibited Use

Service will be terminated for prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

  • Adult content (pornography)

  • Gambling

  • Spamming

  • Copyright violations

  • SMM panel use

  • Misconduct toward Hostnexa support team


7. Support Hours

  • Live Chat & Phone: 10 AM – 5 PM (BST), Sunday–Thursday

  • Ticket Response: 10 AM – 5 PM (BST), Sunday–Thursday

  • Server Admins: 10 AM – 5 PM (BST), Sunday–Thursday
    Support is online only. No physical office support is available.


8. Disclaimer on Backup Services

We offer JetBackup (weekly, daily, monthly). While 99.99% data safety is ensured, users are advised to keep their own backups. Hostnexa is not responsible for data loss.


9. Server and Hosting Abuse

Attempts to harm servers or other users' accounts are forbidden. Abuse results in immediate suspension.


10. Inode Limits

All hosting plans have inode/file limits. Exceeding limits or redistributing Hostnexa content not designated for redistribution is not allowed.


11. Fair Use on Unlimited Plans

Unlimited plans must not be used for:

  • Offsite file storage

  • Hosting mostly downloadable content

  • Using over 50% of bandwidth for file transfers
    Violation may result in suspension.


12. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Hostnexa services may only be used for legal purposes. Forbidden:

  • Copyright violations

  • Obscene material

  • Illegal data
    Hostnexa reserves the right to determine what content is acceptable.


13. Spam and Commercial Use

No unsolicited commercial messaging or spamming is permitted. This includes mass emailing or newsgroup spamming.


14. Hosting Abuse Penalties

Accounts will be suspended for:

  • Sending bulk email

  • Excessive server usage

  • Violating international/ICT laws

  • Abusing fair usage limits


15. Payments

  • Non-payment = suspension within 24 hours

  • Accounts terminated after 15 days of non-payment


16. Refund Policy

Unhappy with service? Contact support. If unresolved, refunds are granted:

  • Request must be from registered email

  • No phone refund requests

  • Refunds processed within 7 working days


17. Fair Usage Enforcement

Any abuse of fair usage or TOS may lead to termination. Illegal content, hacking, or fake news will trigger immediate suspension and legal action.
